Pastor Hestina is the Founder and President of the Women of Virtue Ministry, designed to minister and assist women of all ages, pathways of life, races and cultures who have been broken and damaged by the hardships of life, exploring the root cause of strongholds in their lives. The Women of Virtue Ministry offer many courses to empower and motivate the Woman of God, strengthening them physically, emotionally and spiritually. Courses include “Naomi and Ruth”, “Strong Women in Challenging Times”, and "How to Overcome the Battles in Your Mind”. She also designed the “Women Support Group” to follow up on the courses. Her desire is for women to discover their purpose, become whole, and fulfill their potential through the gospel of Jesus Christ and His anointing.

Revered as a respected motivational speaker, exhorter, and author, she has spoken to audiences throughout the eastern coast of the United States, Trinidad and Italy. She is the recipient of several rewards, including the "Outstanding Community Leadership Award". Pastor Hestina firmly believes that speaking the Word of God can shape one’s destiny. As God begin to unveil the immeasurable authority and power of confessing the Word to her, she was inspired to write her own prophetic poems, declarations and songs that had the power to transform her life and her family's life. Collecting her writings, she was compelled to write a confession book entitled “Life Changing Confessions”. She is currently her second book and continues to write on a consistent basis.
